Ecotech Ecosmart Lighting Schedule
Updated lighting schedule. Individual colors are based off the WWC Ecotech Marine AB+ schedule with Red, and Green at 24%. I elevated white to peak around 6PM at 50% as a personal viewing preference.

Exciting Coral and Fish Color Morphs
As the tank dials in and becomes more balanced the corals are starting to show their true colors. One particular Acro started showing orange tips in contrast to the blue skin. Another Acro gifted from a friend was solid green, but is now turning gold true to its name Pot-Of-Gold Millepora. The most exciting tank event continues to be the Emperor Angel color transition especially since I caught him in a stretch/flex of all those colors!

Battle Corals Sky Doppel
This is one of my favorite pieces I ever purchased from Adam at Battle Corals. Unfortunately it had a rough start and never really thrived. Right when I thought all was lost it started to show signs of good health and may be on its way to a full recovery and hopefully will grow into a beautiful colony.

CaRx Effluent Increase
Yesterday morning I noticed my Alkalinity had dropped to 7.4 down from 7.8 last week. I had noticed this drop over the past several days but was waiting to see if it would maintain at a slightly lower level. Since it is continuing to drop I increased the effluent drip rate out of my reactor while maintaining a PH of 6.4-6.6 inside the reactor. This is maintained with my American Marine PH controller. Growth rates and color are looking better by the day at these lower values, and I am continuously feeding more to keep nutrient levels a bit higher.
